ABOUT
Chef Nakahara apprenticed under the direction of renown chef Nobu Matsuhisa before opening his own restaurant in 2016 called The King of Spades, in Tokyo Japan. The intense training proved invaluable, inspiring his intimate relationship with food and dining as an all-inclusive experience. He has since opened three more restaurants under the same name, in Hiroshima and Shimoda in Japan and in Seoul, South Korea. There have been talks of opening his first restaurant in the west.
